Towing capacity
Hello, I plan to flat tow my 08 Wrangler 2door with a 96 ITASCA 34RQ with a Ford 460. Has anyone done this and what should I expect. I'm a little concerned of straining the engine. I have a roadmaster...

I'd give them a call and see what they might recommend and a good welding shop should be able to adapt and modify most anything if necessary. I know I could with a welder, a set of torches and some scrape steel. Only thing is, by the time I got done it would probably weigh an extra ton, along with being capable of 20K lbs in an overkill. Still don't know what the difference might be with a lesser one and it just could be a lot of extra bracing and straps that might be required. I think I could guarantee that the coach would pull itself apart before pulling off the hitch receiver itself.
