You know I've heard about this frame extension worry many times, can someone give me one example of one failing?
I really don't believe it. The manufacturers are not stupid. The extension is all likelihood will handle the full GCWR with ease.
MichF, I'm not saying its bad that you went the extra step and with a 1997 model, I'd want the structural integrity of the extension checked, however I do believe that there is a great deal of safety factor built in to these Coaches.
Now performance and the gearing on the E350 is another matter.
