Toyo tires

Its time for tires for our 97 Pace Arrow 37'. I know the Michelin XPS Ribs are the best but they are also the most expensive. We have the tag axle, so I am looking at 8 tires. The tire shop suggested Toyo Open Country H/T Tuff Duty tires as an option. They seem to have pretty good ratings, does anyone have any experience with these?

Thanks in advance.

  • Toyo makes a great tire. Pretty much when it comes to RV's my favorite tires are Hankook, Toyo, and Michelin.
  • I have had excellent results with Toyo tires, better than Michelins in my experience. And typically got just over 50,000 miles out of a set.
  • No clue what size tire you are looking for but if Hankook has them I would look at those.
  • Your rig must have 16 inch tires!
I ran several sets of Toyo 19.5. They served me very well. Long lasting. They had stiffer sidewalls then the Michelin tires that came on the rig. Stiffer sidewalls helped with body roll.
