Interference will not usually cause an incorrect reading. It will generally cause the sensor's signal to be lost entirely. (Signal loss can be short term, long term or intermittent.)
As others have said, move that sensor to another tire - as close to the monitor as possible. If it still reads incorrectly, it is a sensor issue. Send it back for replacement.
If that sensor then reads correctly, but the sensor you swap it out with does not read correctly, let us know. That's a different issue and there could be a number of possible reasons.
