Personally, and considering how up side down you are you have two possible choices. Try to dump it yourself, or fix it and keep it. With a new roof and you are positive of no more leaks I would bite the bullet and fix it. At least if you do a professional repair job you would have a chance of selling and not loose as much as you could dumping it as is.
