Transfer switch popping every 15 seconds

I’m plugged into a 30 amp pedastal and my transfer switch keeps popping. I checked all the wiring and it looks clean and nothing is loose. I tried unhooking power and running the generator and everything works fine, so this only happens on shore power. At the plug I have a progressive industries surge protector. Could this just be a faulty transfer switch?? Thanks for any help!!
  • The voltage is fine and I have tried at 3 different plugs so far. All have been 30 amp so I have been using an adapter to plug my 50 amp surge guard at the pedastal. I am wondering if the surge guard could have gone bad and perhaps I should try plugging it in directly?
  • First thing is to verify that your shore power IS good. What is voltage when this happens as measured in the coach? If below 108 VDC, check at the pedestal. May be CG power issue or issue with your shore power cord or wiring to ATS.

At only one CG of at others?
  • I should have added that I am in a 2014 Tiffin Allegro 36La and the transfer switch is TRC industries number 41260. I should also note that it will work fine for a few hours before it starts acting up
