Nope. You get an inflator kit, like most new cars these days. Most forgo even the "donuts" we used to get.
It's a pretty common truck tire on these though. Can't imagine you'd have a hard time getting roadside assistance to bring you one unless you were way out in the boonies.
Now on a class A, or even some C's, that would be a different story. This is just a pickup truck tire we are talking about.
