Traveling to view the Eclipse ?

Just curious if anyone is travelling to view the eclipse in a couple of weeks? I'm thinking of heading up near Boise. I need to go up that way to pick something up in the next month or so, so thought I'd make the trip around that date so I can view a total Eclipse, a once in a life time event.

    We scored a site that somebody cancelled out on the Oregon Coast at one of our favorite beach front RV Parks. Regular price, didn't try to jack up the price at all. I'm a tad nervous about the traffic, but we're heading out very early the Friday before and back later the following week. All I need is one fill up everything else we will have with us. No plans to stop and eat, we'll kick back and watch the eclipse from the campground.

    Hotel rooms are going for 10 times normal rates. Gas, food, and water are expected to be at a premium. Zero RV spaces. And thats just for starters.
