Easy to remember info about traffic signs: Black on white is regulatory and has the color of law behind it......Black on yellow is advisory and has no law requiring enforcement. Altho you are not registered as a truck or bus, you do fall under their guidelines at times because of weight and size. Will an officer enforce the law on RVs, probably not. Can an officer enforce the law, simple answer YES.
