I bought a new MH from Motorhome Specialists in Alvarado Tx 2 months ago. It was a very good experience. Carl Lewallen was the salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable and was NOT pushy. Only had a couple of things that needed to be tweeked, but they took care of it immediately. I have not had any problems so far, so I don't know anything about the service dept.
We bought one NEW RV from MHSRV in Alvarado and almost a second one from them. They were okay, but on or second almost purchase they were really low-balling our trade, so we bought our new coach elsewhere.

Not good news for me I just contacted them today about a 43' Entegra amd it comes down to what they offer me in trade on my current coach. I expect to hear something tomorrow.
If you are looking at an Entegra, then definitely contact RVOne. They seem to be able to beat just about everyone on Entegras.;
Be careful of rv one (aka Albany RV) take your attorney and cert. rv tech. with you. prices appear to be good but when it comes to owning up to contract repairs, they don't know how to return calls, keep appointments/. Better yet read the NYS AG reviews online, or google, or NYS BBB they all have the real deal. Wish I took My advice before buying.
