Unfortunately, we have had a different experience at Guaranty. They were unable to properly diagnose an ongoing electrical problem on four different occasions. In addition, there was always a mess to clean up when we picked up our trailer. Took the trailer to a different service center and within two hours the electrical issue was diagnosed and repaired. Service advisor didn't call when he said he would and turned rude when I told him I was taking my RV service elsewhere. We will never go there for service again.
