Tryon Tire Protection

I just bought a Southwind that had them on the front. Motorhome needed new tires. In shopping for tires, I'd mention the Tyron straps and most tires stores indicated they could work with them, but were't thrilled about changing them. My concern was having a flat on the road. I decided to leave them off when I bought new tires. The tire store took them off in about 2 minutes, didn't seem like a big deal. By the way, I have them for sale, they're off 22.5 steel tires on a workhorse chassis. To aid in steering and in the event of a blowout, I installed a Safe T Plus steering stabilizer.
