As long as you are 'in there', check the end and radial play on the turbo by grabbing the compressor side wheel (cold side and pulling it back and forth, should be very little movement and check the radial play by looking at the hot side wheel and see if it has been hitting the housing. If it contacts the housing on wither side replace it (turbo). If the cold side compressor wheel contacts the housing, a vane on the cast wheel will crack off, the engine will eat it and you'll be rebuilding the engine. Cheap insurance, checking when apart.
