I own a 1998 American Eagle. The flaher and engaging the right turn signal blows the 10 amp fuse for the flasher. I have changed the bulbs cleaned up the sockets checked the relays for resistance all good. Left turn works will not blow the fuse soon as you turn to the right it blows. Waiting for a 10 amp breaker to come to see if there is a spark somewhere but probably it wont show. Pulling the column control seems to be a big job. Any ideas would be much appreciated

Do you have red turn signals or amber? separate from brake lights?If you have separate turn signal and brake lights, do you have a 3 to 2 combiner for trailer receptacle? Would/could be at rear of rig.Did you check all lights that function with turn signals? side markers? front? mirrors?

I have 3 seprate lights red amber and somewhat clear or white brake turn and bake up put new trailer receptacle at the rear running lights are in conjunction with headlights didnt know mirrors would be part of turn signals all light seem to be functional except for middle amber right side turn signal its a maze of wiring getting frustrated but will check mirriors and any other ideas thanks

Is the trailer connector wired for combined brake and turn signal? If so then there is a 3 to 2 combiner which needs to be checked out. Best way is to disconnect problem wire to it.
