TV mounts that flip down from the ceiling...........

Going for a flat screen pretty soon...and have seen, in the super deluxe "mother ships" the flip down TV feature. My gasser is 12 years old...and I wonder if the roof will support such a thing....and...

You most likely will not find much support in the ceiling areas. Most ceiling consist of thin 1/4 -inch or less ceiling board without any studs to tie to...

You may have to mount a flat back board first and secure them to the ceiling area using MOLY BOLTS to spread out the weight distribution.

It can be done if you can find support from the thin ceiling.
