Not a fan of wireless for video transmission.....
I did this a few years ago with my Winnebago Vista. I have DTV with HD DVR. The output of the DVR had no coax, only HDMI and Component Video. I ran the component video (Blue/Green/Red RCA cable) with the RCA audio to my TV next to the DVR to get HDTV. For the bedroom I ran a HDMI cable. To route the cable I went thru the ceiling vents as they went almost the whole length of the RV. At the front cab area I used a piece of copper tubing and heated it with my torch. I then shoved it in the open vent towards the cab area of the RV. The hot pipe melted the Styrofoam and I was able to feed the HDMI cable into the vent ductwork. I feed this back to the bedroom. I again had to heat the copper pipe and finished the run from the vent to the shower skylight into the wall by the TV. I then installed a HDMI wall mount jack to make it look like it came from the factory this way.
My DTV DVR is compatible with a wireless remote. I use the remote anywhere in the RV with no problems. Only issue is that both TV's must be watching the same program which is not a issue for my wife or me. We also have the DTV DVR audio hooked into our stereo and use the music stations on DTV rather than a monthly satellite fee.
