Not a fan of wireless for video transmission.....
I did this a few years ago with my Winnebago Vista.  I have DTV with HD DVR.  The output of the DVR had no coax, only HDMI and Component Video.  I ran the component video (Blue/Green/Red RCA cable) with the RCA audio to my TV next to the DVR to get HDTV.  For the bedroom I ran a HDMI cable.  To route the cable I went thru the ceiling vents as they went almost the whole length of the RV.  At the front cab area I used a piece of copper tubing and heated it with my torch.  I then shoved it in the open vent towards the cab area of the RV.  The hot pipe melted the Styrofoam and I was able to feed the HDMI cable into the vent ductwork.  I feed this back to the bedroom.  I again had to heat the copper pipe and finished the run from the vent to the shower skylight into the wall by the TV.  I then installed a HDMI wall mount jack to make it look like it came from the factory this way.
My DTV DVR is compatible with a wireless remote.  I use the remote anywhere in the RV with no problems.  Only issue is that both TV's must be watching the same program which is not a issue for my wife or me.  We also have the DTV DVR audio hooked into our stereo and use the music stations on DTV rather than a monthly satellite fee.
