I've replaced the front and rear TV's with new flat screens and upgraded my receiver as well. Of course all the new stuff uses HDMI instead of coaxial to connect components. So I need to route a new HDMI cable from the front receiver bay above the right side windshield to the rear TV in the bedroom in the back of the coach.
If you're committed to running HDMI cable, then I suggest you first measure your cable run and read
read this article.
Next, consider running more than a single HDMI cable -- maybe CAT5, really good RG6 (3 GHz), etc -- because if you're going to put in the effort, you might as well get the most bang for the buck.
Finally, explore your wiring route options before starting. My favorites are in the tops of overhead cabinets, the false floors of overhead cabinets, kitchen cabinet floors, AC ducts, or the roof if you're desperate. Just be careful where you drill.
Here's some photos of my last cable run (6 RG6, 2 Ethernet, 1 rear camera, 1 solar controller) . . .
Started in Front TV cabinet . . .

. . . over RV door and into old stereo cabinet . . .

. . . through stereo cabinet and into false floor of overhead cabinet . . .

. . . from overhead cabinet to desk floor . . .

. . . behind the toilet . . .

. . . under the bedroom drawers . . .

. . . and finally to the rear TV.
Makes wireless look mighty good, eh?
