Has anyone had this issue with a coach with the Workhorse chassis? Mine is a 2004 Fleetwood Flair with the 8.1 engine.Over the course of a year/20K miles I've had this happen 2X. First was about 8 months ago when I didn't have my scan tool with me and then yesterday. The symptoms are engine goes to idle, "reduced engine power' is displayed on the dash. This time I had my tool and it showed 'lost communication with throttle actuator control'. The cure each time was to roll to the side of the road and turn off the engine and restart. I know I was adjusting the cruise control when it happened this time and think I might have been the last time, too. I found this online and suspect it's the cause.

On rare occasion I also have seen the dreaded 'all lights on' with the dash panel when it does a spontaneous 'reboot'. I'm wondering if there is some sort of static electricity problem that can be addressed or if a reprogramming of the ECM is needed. Anyone else in this situation?
