I know what he's talking about, as I was just doing some work on my swing-out TV. Thor installs the cable wrong, and when you pull it out it pulls the coax connector out of the TV. Mine is bent. Since this is caused by Thor's installation, THEY should be taking care of the replacement, not the TV mfgr. If Thor wants to send it to the TV mfgr after they replace it, that's up to them.
I also noticed that when they attached the TV to the mount, they did not use the proper fine-thread machine screws, they used friggin' WOOD SCREWS to mount the TV to the arm. This is not acceptable. One of the upper screws had pulled out so the TV was loose, which could potentially be a dangerous situation.
So, check your TV carefully. Mine is now stripped out so that the right screws won't work. The only way to fix it is to replace the TV.
