Hi RovvieH. I will now double check to see if the right screws were used for the install of my tv. A extension cable was added to the coach cable to give more flex to the cable when moving from travel position to viewing position. And then 2 wire ties were used to hold the extension tight to the swing arm, so there is no movement at the back of the tv from the cable..
