Hi Bumpy. This is an install problem. Thor did not mount the tv cable secularly to the arm of the mount, when installing the tv at the factory. Which I found out after the connector fell out of the back of the the tv. Just a poor install.
wood screws? gives me little confidence in a Thor product.
