- my440NomadA good idea to help prevent clogs is to occasionally fill your sink and tub full to the top then pull the plug which allows for a good whoosh of water clearing small debris before the build up.
- OldRadiosExplorerI also carry one of those little plastic snakes with the barbs. Works great on drains and traps. Also carry a little 12' snake. Nothing it won't reach from either direction.
- Mike_LeslieExplorerI think it is called Zip It at Meinards. It cost about $3 for a two pack.
Mike Leslie - TrackrigExplorer IIGo to Home Depot or Lowes. We've found the best thing to use is a little strip of white plastic about 18 - 20" long with barbs on the sides. You push it down the drain. When you pull it out, the barbs grab onto the hair ball and pull it out of the drain. It's cheap, it works and it's easy to store until needed again.
Bill - downtheroadExplorerProbably a hair clog.
Start with a Zip-It Drain Cleaner or similar.
Available lots of places...Walmart, Home Depot, etc.
