A GOOD dealer would give the man 2 new batteries on a delivery less than 1 month ago. YES, the batteries are warrantied by the battery maker, but NOT if they were boiled dry. There is NO warranty on dry boiled batteries, no matter how old. BUT, the dealer should have checked the batteries as part of the PDI. Regardless, THOR has nothing to do with battery problems, chassis or coach. The batteries were defective from the new delivery and the Dealer is responsible. This will give the OP a hint of what he is in for, for future repairs (warranty). Doug
