The batteries definitely should be warranted by one of the three involved in the manufacture and sale of the motor home. In all cases Thor should direct you to the right remedy. If chassis battery, Ford is likely who would warranty the battery. If coach batteries it would be Interstate, Exide or whoever provided the batteries. In any case the dealer should make it right. I don't think the solar would have over charged the batteries in such a short period of time, from when you purchased it and then picked up after the solar install.
