I would park it in the dealer lot on a Saturday and refuse to quit screaming until they took care of it. You bought it from the dealer, it is the dealer's responsibility to stand behind the product they sold, regardless of who is responsible for for the warranty. They sold you a product in defective condition, however they represented it as in "new" condition. If it is not in "new" condition - meaning fulling working, then they have misrepresented the product they sold you. Bring some bottle water to maintain your throat. You might be yelling a lot, but you can bet they won't like the idea of you ruining all their potential sales that day. Let them call the police if they threaten, you have a legitimate reason to be in their facility.
