I was referring to the 11 pages of Thor issues and others threads that have that have been recently posted. If this was the only problem that Thor had it would be a non issue. But after reading about all these other issues slides, peeling paint, and all these other problems and how Thor responded to these issues It does not show them in a good light. I don't read about Tiffin responding like this to issues. Even issues that are not under warranty they seem take care. I don't own either but from what people report on this forum I would buy a Tiffin over a Thor not because of initial quality but because of how they take care of the customer to resolve the problem.
