UPGRADE to a larger LP tank ?
.....anyone ever do it ? The ONE major complaint I have with this Airstream is the small tank. Can’t do much with the length ... but could probably go with something 6-8 inch larger in diameter.....

To use a larger tank (I'd suggest a 50 it is easier to carry)
You use the on board tank on the road
you use the "External" when parked.
Done that with my class A. it had a 100 pound on board (27 gallons) and I used 20 pounders when needed but.... It was nice when I could not get to ye old propane place.
