I was just curious about whether it would be more cost effective to rent a rig, taking into account all the costs and incidentals of shipping your own rig overseas and adapting for 220vac power,etc. Looks like around $160 per day plus mileage charges to rent in UK. Pound Sterling = $1.60 USD. Not sure I'd want to camp in severely overcrowded RV parks having done that over here a few times.
I would guess that many tourist areas with quaint narrow streets are not RV friendly. RV'ing overseas would make an interesting TV program or maybe a series.
