Equal or weighted combo of age, condition, mileage and maint records.
There’s more to it than the drivetrain. Newer low mile unit could be absolutely cooked from sitting in the sun in the desert or grungy and leaky from sitting under a tree in rain.
Older low mile could be beat up inside and full of whisky dents and no maintenance or could be “like new” in and out with detailed maintenance records.
High mile unit could be a breakdown waiting to happen or could be super well maintained and quite reliable.
It’s a balancing act imo.
In general relativity regular use is better than sitting unused but a “vacation “ rig will generally have less wear n tear than a seasonal or full time rig.
