I'd look at condition first, and the others only secondarily. Of course, age and usage will affect the condition to some extent, so it's not like they are completely independent variables.
Very low mileage can be as much of a concern as high mileage, as it often (but not always) indicates that the motorhome has sat unused and maybe unmaintained for extended periods of time. For most of the chassis you're likely to find, there's not much of a chance that the mileage will be near where you'd expect major things to wear out; the chassis are commonly used for commercial vehicles such as shuttle busses, box trucks, cargo vans, etc. and should go for at least a few hundred miles with reasonable maintenance and without major problems.
There may be some chassis differences/improvements that come with certain chassis model years that are worth considering--different transmissions and engines, for instance. For some very old models parts availability could be a difficulty.
