I would say that us Country Coach owners have a better support network now than when the factory was in business. There is nothing that can't be found or fixed.
I went to the "factory" only while the coach was in warranty and found them not that great. Since then I have used other CC repair facilities and find them superior to the original factory. Main reason being that most of the companies are owned by ex employees of CC.
I'd rather push my dead CC than drive any other brand. But then again, I only have 148,000 miles on our '02 Intrigue
