I can definitely vouch for the fact that Country Coach has the fiberglass molds. They replaced the right front cap after a careless tow driver ran the front into a parked truck at Caterpillar. Not sure if you can get that done on a Beaver. We had to get towed twice; once due to a hydraulic hose bursting, and a second time due to a corroded fuse to the ECM. We have about 163k miles on ours, and have no doubt it will last another 20 years with proper maintenance. The only reason we are looking to replace it is we want the features in the later Country Coaches.
I would recommend you do a search on the internet. RVT.com, RVTrader, Country Coach and Premier have several coaches and Country Coach have others that owners are looking to sell, so you should have a good selection. Good luck!
If the Beaver became a serious choice, all the OP would have to do is call Monaco to see if they have the molds available as they are still IN business.
Safe travels,

Good luck on your search.
MM. - Tom_BarbExplorerWe checked the CC out today, and found the camera is kind to old coaches. It needs the cabinets refinished, (sun bleached) carpet is beat down, and at 90k, it is over market by about 30k.
The beaver at the same site is a much better deal. That coach sparkles :)
but has the 3 point leveling system. - smlrangerExplorerThe folks at Country Coach have the molds for all the front and rear caps for most model years. I personally saw them, including the year and model marked on each mold, this past July. They also have molds for other fiberglass formed body panels.
- Smitty77ExplorerOn the risk of an accident and damage to rear/front caps, as I understand, CC retained the molds when they bought things out of bankruptcy.
We had CC, Foretravel, Travel Supreme, Alpine, Executive/Signature, Mountain Aire, Wanderlodge on our short list. We found the interior decor of the mid level CC's to be more of our style. We were targeting 2004 and before coaches, to get pre heavy smog changed engines. But styling of interior is for sure a personal choice, where one size does not fit all. I felt the Intrigue with BIG CAT, was the sweet spot in the years we were shopping. However, when the wife saw the galley in the 04 Allure High Cascade model, it would not have mattered if I had a 60CC Honda engine in back - game over!!! (We were also only shopping for non slide kitchens, so that really narrowed the lists and models down:)!)
Happy hunting,
Smitty - mike_brezExplorerWe were only looking at Foretravel and Country Coach. I can't explain it but we gravitated towards the CC. I think they both make a great coach.
- potentialrversExplorerWe purchased a 2003 Country Coach Intrigue First Avenue from an individual in April 2005. We traded it in for a 2004 Foretravel U320 in December 2007. We wanted a bigger engine and more bells and whistles. Should have kept the Country Coach and pass on the Foretravel. Trading in the Country Coach was a huge and expensive mistake.
The Intrigue was more reliable and less of a headache then the Foretravel. We had more fun and enjoyment in the Country Coach than the Foretravel. We had one significant problem with the Intrigue in that we blew a hydraulic line. Numerous mechanical problems with the Foretravel in which it had to be towed twice.
I would not be concerned about buying a Country Coach. Pacific Northwest is Country Coach country. The only concern about a Country Coach would be an accident involving serious damage to either the front or rear cap.
Buy and enjoy your Country Coach.
Reese - smlrangerExplorerIf I was looking for another CC and lived as near Junction City as the OP, I would certainly check with both the CC folks and Premier RV next door to Country Coach. Premier usually has a good selection of used rigs and, as noted, they do a stellar job of prepping them. All that I saw there last summer were absolutely stunning, regardless of age.
