Yes and those you specified are most likely chassis items.
Even when you think engine, it's sometimes chassis. Exp: The fluid tube on my CAT engine is provided by Spartan and even the starter isn't supplied with the engine, as far as I know. Probably because it requires a 12v product and most Industrial engines, like CAT are 24v and even though the starter is a CAT product, made by Delco Remy.
Most likely the fluid tube for the tranny is a Spartan item, as well, but haven't really had to look into it.
