NADA has prices on Motor Homes. They are not really based on real world prices but most people I've talked to say to use about 20% below the low retail price. I've done this and it worked for me. Another site is PPL motor homes. They are mostly a consignment dealer but they have a listing of all the motor homes they have sold and for how much. Bottom line is that they are worth what someone is willing to pay. Lots of other stuff to think about and I'm sure you will see it all here before too long. Good luck.
