Can anyone tell me for sure year Ford came with the higher horsepower engine. I think 07 or 08.

It was 2006. But a motorhome could be built on a 2005 chassis and be titled 2006. Double check the Vin number to make sure it is 362 HP vs 310. Free Vin decoders can be search on the internet.
