Can anyone tell me for sure year Ford came with the higher horsepower engine. I think 07 or 08.

Everything these days is made like that Mike. Just about a nightmare to change out a drive belt.
Be nice, if we had some of the old 70s~80s stuff come back out with improvements & get away from this robot mess.
