I don't know who Customer Connect is but those number are utter garbage for a modern engine. IMO that is way excessive oil consumption and if you are using a quart every 1000 miles you are in danger of killing your catalytic converter. A car with standard sump capacity that uses a quart every 1000 miles is going to be out of oil before a standard oil change interval. Those mileage numbers are******too. 50K miles is about the sweet spot when an engine is broken in for modern era engines. I have an SVT Focus with a high revving 170HP engine and it uses almost no oil at 150K. I broke it in on dino and run it on syn with extended oil changes. If I was on standard oil changes you'd not notice the oil consumption.
