Vapor Lock
Today it's 92 degrees out and have had the generator running for 4 hours or so. The generator has stop on us three times, and after a few minutes I could get it started again by playing with the choke...

Doubtful on vapor lock. I would start by checking all the rubber hoses for cracks especially around connectors. It could be sucking air causing it to basically run out of fuel.
