visit Death Valley

Any advice on which entrance to Death Valley is the safest. We will be coming from Needles/Las Vegas on hwy 95.
Other responders have given us some great ideas. Thanks to all that have responded.

    Sounds like arriving on CA-190, not a bad way.

    Don't exit via CA-190 to the west though.
