Vmax Batteries

I bought 6 last July. So far they work fine. Obviously, I haven't had them long enough to comment on durability. They answered email questions and there was an additional promotion where they upgraded the battery. I think that was just because the batteries I ordered were out of stock or no longer available.

How does the mandatory core law work with buying batteries online? Do you have to ship them back a core, or is the fine built into the cost of the battery?
