I believe he will take it in to Mc Brides who is a authorized Workhorse service center. In reply to DSDP Don, if I explain to a shop what chassis I have and what I want done, they shouldn't make statements that show their ignorance if they are not up to speed on that type of chassis. Maybe that was a good thing as it eliminated that shop from doing the work that we needed done.
If I know the basics of the W22 and they do not, that's a red flag to me. Any competent shop who does work on these large chassis should know the importance of correct lug nut torque. Especially on the front wheels.
If I'm paying good money for a service, I would expect the work to be done professionally and by knowledgeable mechanics. Again, my point is beware of where you take your coach for any work you need done. Wireman
