oil , filter and anything you replace that is due. I have never had an issue doing it this way, either Ford, GM, or Mercedes. Mercedes even gave me a account that I send in my info when I change or add fluids. As you said a Date receipt for needed supplies. Also your date of change and mileage. Reset you meter is you have.
