- ReneeGExplorerWe just had a WeBoost installed in our RV to boost cell signal. With our Verizon MIFI, we plan on using that to boost signal.
- the_bear_IIExplorerMost RV'ers have switched over to Cell Phone based internet access when WiFi isn't available. The satellite internet is too costly and the cell based services, coverage and equipment have gotten better.
- Tom_BarbExplorerOur phone is our hot spot, we do the internet, email, on the computer blue toothed to the computer.
Tv is just that. TV over the dish.

Satellite internet? .
Saw one of these in the neighborhood doesn't look great for the price.
https://www.exede.com/ - G7ARYMExplorerFor many years until 6 years ago I used an air card for a laptop which worked everywhere there was a cell signal. Cost $60/ month then and worked for my business on the road. For light needs now an iPhone hot spot is all I need.
- donn0128Explorer IISatellite internet? Basically dial up speed for 75 a month and 4 grand for equipment.
- ncsczExplorerI think that Airborne Internet is a idea only so far. It looks like the ads running now are to get enough funding to start a proof of concept. It has been 14+ years in discussion so it might be a wait for it to happen.
woodworker414 - look through the Technology forum. There are multiple discussions about internet service on the road. Some of the satellite internet providers use a spot beam, so moving locations can have a major effect on your service. - 2oldmanExplorer IISatellite would be it. However, I've been seeing ads for Airborne internet. Check it out. I'm sure it'll work no matter if you're driving a Class C or not.
