Washer Splendide 2000 will not spin on Regular cycle.

Washer is not spinning properly and clothes are wet when wash is finished.....I used the other 2 wash cycles and they are permanent press and dedicates and do not spin as hard as regular cycle.In turn clothes come out a bit wet.....Any help on this matter,Thanks in advance.Tom

    If it is not spinning at all on the regular wash cycle then you have, depending on how it works (I do not have one to check) one of two issues.

    Most likely it is a contact on the timer switch or a relay on the control board. (or a bad control board) depending on if it's electronic or mechanical control.

    Could be a bad 2-speed motor. One speed (high) out. However I seriously doubt that.
