Yes some places don't want any hoses to be sprayed on the RV, and some will allow at least a bucket for washing. I can regularly find the park that will allow the bucket method, so for a easy wash I use 2 buckets. One for wash/soap water and the other for rinse water. I have a brush that I will scrub a small section with usually not bigger than about 6 feet, and since that area will be still wet I then shake out the brush and switch the brush to the rinse bucket and use it to put clean water over the soaped sections to rinse it. It gets pretty clean this way even though I'm not using a hose to spray the RV. I go through about 5 buckets of rinse water this way.
