Why do I have so much condensation on my windows? I'm at my wits end.

At night we leave the exhaust fan running in the rear of our coach and a window cracked up front. If we don't do that the windshield in the morning will look like it rained inside during the night.
We put a couple blankets on and keep a electric heater going on low but it has gotten down to 42 inside a couple times. I turn on the furnace in the morning and it warms up pretty quick.
Two people breathing produce a lot of moisture and that is what causes the problem.
