Water pump not working..

We had our Winnebago Sightseer de-winterized and left for Florida. Our first day on the road we discovered our water pump is not working.. doesn't even make a sound. Any idea what the problem could be?
  • If you have 12v at the pump, ground the other wire and see if the pump cycles. You'll need to shut off the water valve, hose connection, and open a faucet to relive the pressure. The pump won't cycle if there's enough pressure in the system.
  • Thank you everyone for all of the help. We are now where we will be staying for the next 6 weeks so we can work on the problem. I know I can always get an answer for a problem here on the forums.
  • Check for 12 volts at the pump. If there is 12 volts there it is probably in the pump, if not it is probably the fuse. If the fuse is good then it is in the wiring or the manual shut off switch.

    What have you checked??
  • 'De-winterized' and left for FL.........

Does fresh water tank have water in it now?

Blown fuse in DC Dist. Panel
Check for 12V DC power at water pump (red wire)

When de-winterized......that included pump or was water still left in pump and it froze?
