water pump

On my 1995 Tioga, my water pump stopped pumping water. I can hear the motor running, but no water from the faucets. I have cleaned out the filter, and don't seem to have any leaks anywhere, it's as if it is not building any pressure. I unscrewed the filter clear cup-like housing while the motor was on and water did not spray out, however, the filter is before the pump, so maybe that doesn't indicate anything.It stopped working one weekend, it was working and then a couple of hours later, it was not. The motor staying on constantly.
Any suggestions,please?
