According to this the batteries can deliver 75 amps for 107 minutes or 20 amps for 208 minutes. You will be connecting two batteries in series and then the second set in series, then the two sets in parrallel.
That would give you around 214 minutes at 75 amps or 416 at 20 amps.
A rough guess would be right at 300 minutes at 40 amps.
