- BusskipperExplorerEveryone has a fovorite but this is the one that is Fast - Easy - Long Lasting - and also looks GOOD.
As a wax I have used Nu Finish Car Polish – Simple, it works and it lasts a long time.
For that tree branch they forgot to trim back I use Nu Finish Scratch Doctor for most light scratches it works well
If it is a little tougher I’ll use Meguiar's G17216 Ultimate Compound
It handles the times it actually makes a scratch.
Then for the times I just want to make it look as good as the Prevost that just pulled in next to me, I’ll just wipe it down with this Meguiar's G14716 Ultimate Protectant
Usually while they are out to dinner.
My problem is that the paint was not really done well the First time at Travel Supreme and the Paint has all Checked up,but it still looks good from 15 feet and beads water.
10 years ago I got one of these to just make it Fast and Easy.
For the most part I just want it to look Good I'll spend my time on the trails and with the Granddaughters. Now they all LOOK GOOD.
That's how we do it,:B - rgatijnet1Explorer IIII use my gas leaf blower to blow the motor home dry. Much better than to try to reach everything with a towel.
- RckyMtnViaExplorerx2 on the Blue Coral Wash & Wax. I buy it at Walmart and also buy Lucas Slick Mist or Turtle Wax 1 Step Wax & Dry, also at Walmart. Just spray on Slick Mist or 1 Step after you wash the rv and dry with a soft towel/cloth. to reach the high spots,I use a Swiffer mop that allows me to secure the towel in the holes at the back on each corner. These products give a great shine, with very little extra work and no ladders. I used to use NuFinish and wax twice a year, but it was a long job and I was exhausted at the end of it. I also use these product on the family car and they work just as well.
- Tom_NExplorerI never wax. My RV is painted and clear coated. Waxing will remove the clear coat shine.
- Road_DogExplorerTwice a year I use Collinite Fiberglass Boat Wax. Available on Amazon! The best I ever used!
- rgatijnet1Explorer IIII use the water soluble wax that is made by Blue Coral to wash and wax my motor home in one operation. It keeps things shiny and bright even tho it is stored outdoors in the Florida sun when not outdoors during travel.
